We are looking for evening cleaners to join our team at our processing facility in Raudeberg.

Due to increased activity, we are now looking for three reliable and hardworking colleagues who will help keep our production facilities clean and well maintained after the daily fish production.

These are full-time, permanent year-round positions with start date by agreement.

The work involves cleaning and maintaining the production areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and quality. The role suits someone who enjoys physical work, works in a structured way, and takes pride in doing a thorough job.

At Babord Pure you will become part of a team where we work closely together and focus on maintaining a safe, clean and efficient working environment.

Working hours
Work usually starts at 18:00, but hours may vary depending on operational needs. The work takes place in the evening and during the night. Holiday periods follow the production schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Thorough cleaning and disinfection of production facilities

  • Cleaning of machines and production equipment

  • Washing floors, walls, and technical installations

  • Ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with HSE and hygiene requirements

  • Making sure the facilities are ready for the next production day

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in industrial cleaning or food production (an advantage, but not required – training will be provided)

  • Is detail-oriented and focused on quality

  • Works carefully and follows routines

  • Can work both independently and as part of a team

  • Speaks and understands Norwegian or English

  • Is flexible regarding working hours and shift work

  • Can handle busy days in a structured way

  • Cares about safety and doing a good job
