About the Job: 

We are looking for new production workers to join our team at the Babord factory at Raudeberg. The seafood industry is growing fast, and we are in an exciting period of development. We want people who take responsibility, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the team. You must be able to work both independently and together with others to make sure the job is done well. 

Right now, the factory operates on one shift, but we are planning to move to two shifts in the future. There is also a weekend duty rotation. Working hours will follow a shift schedule, and the times will vary. 

At Babord, you will get proper training and close follow-up. You will be part of a team where we work together, grow professionally, and focus on quality improvement. This is a good opportunity to develop both yourself and your workplace. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with salmon processing 
  • Clean and take care of machines and your work area 
  • Start, stop, and adjust production machines 
  • Make sure production runs well 
  • Work safely and with good quality 
  • Do simple maintenance and cleaning of tools 
  • Help in other areas if needed 

 

We are looking for people who: 

  • Can speak and understand Norwegian or English 
  • Are physically healthy and can do physical work 
  • Work carefully and follow routines 
  • Can work alone and with a team 
  • Care about safety and doing good work 
  • Can work in shifts and handle busy days
