Babord Pure AS is looking for an engaged and curious Quality Coordinator to join our team at the processing facility in Raudeberg.

Whether you’re just starting out or bring valuable experience, we welcome your application – full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is structured, independent and detail-oriented, and who wants to help ensure high quality in a future-focused industry.

As a Quality Coordinator at Babord Pure you will have a hands-on and visible role in daily production. You will help ensure consistent quality and traceability throughout the process – from the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.

You will work closely with production staff, managers and technical teams to make sure routines and requirements are followed in practice. Your direct manager will be the Quality Manager.

The position is located at Babord Pure’s facility in Raudeberg, with an office next to the production area.The role follows the production shift schedule and requires you to be present in the production hall while operations are running.

Responsibilities and work tasks:

  • Check incoming raw materials at delivery
  • Take product samples and follow up on lab analyses
  • Monitor hygiene and cleaning routines in the production area
  • Evaluate product quality during production and carry out final checks
  • Handle complaints and register non-conformities
  • Ensure correct documentation and traceability throughout the process
  • Support internal teams and help prepare for audits by customers and authorities

Preferred qualifications (not required):

  • Experience in quality work is an advantage
  • Experience from food production or processing industry is a plus
  • Able to use digital tools for documentation and reporting
  • Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) is required
