Salmon with Parmesan potatoes, cucumber salad and sour cream

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

  • 600 gr salmon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 300 gr potatoes
  • 100 gr Parmesan
  • 1 tub of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Method

  • Boil the potatoes for 20–30 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  • Cucumber salad: Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mix the cucumber slices with a little oil and salt in a bowl. Heat a little oil in a frying
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan to a high heat. Fry the salmon for 3–4 minutes on
  • Parmesan potatoes: Put the cooked potatoes in a serving bowl, and fold in the Parmesan, mustard, chives and a little salt.
  • Serve the salmon with the Parmesan potatoes, cucumber salad and the sour cream.
