Salmon with Parmesan potatoes, cucumber salad and sour cream

600 gr salmon
300 gr potatoes
100 gr Parmesan
1 tub of sour cream
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp mustard
Boil the potatoes for 20–30 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
Cucumber salad: Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mix the cucumber slices with a little oil and salt in a bowl. Heat a little oil in a frying
Heat a little oil in a frying pan to a high heat. Fry the salmon for 3–4 minutes on
Parmesan potatoes: Put the cooked potatoes in a serving bowl, and fold in the Parmesan, mustard, chives and a little salt.
Serve the salmon with the Parmesan potatoes, cucumber salad and the sour cream.
